Family Concert & Dinner

Teaching piano workings The 4:00 p.m. Concert will premier 2 original works, What is Man, for tenor solo & piano, performed by Alexis Kossike and composer/pianist, James Marck, and a percussion piece by Rockford Rhythm instructor, Samuel Campbell. Concert will include live performances of both piano & organ works by Stravinsky, Rachmaninoff, Chopin, Beethoven, Max Reger and Harold Darke. Local musician and retailer Joel Ross will lead a mini-workshop on the inside workings of the piano. The 5:30 p.m. Dinner will feature Geri Ryan’s Tastes of Italy: nest of spaghetti, small chicken parmesan, stuffed pasta, with salad, vegetables, rolls, & iced spumoni. Alternate children’s choice for the meal is spaghetti. Cost for Concert & Dinner: $25 per person, $5 for children 10 & under. Cost for Concert only: $10 per person, free for children 10 & under. Proceeds to go towards the Rockford Rhythm program.
