Date: Thursday, December 27, 2018
(Rockford, IL) National Hug Day has been declared for January 21st so we're going to get the jump on it by celebrating it in church on Sunday, January 20th. Read the article in our January 2019 'Chimes' called '10 Reasons Why We Need at Least 8 Hugs a Day' to get the in-depth explanation, but basically hugs, giving and receiving, boost our sense of safety, our oxytocin levels, and our serotonin levels.
