Loaded Brush Luminaries 2017

(Rockford, IL) As many of you know, the mission of Jeremiah Development is to promote the well-being of our church neighborhood. This mission was influenced by the following passage from Jeremiah 27:9, “seek the well-being of the city…for in its well-being you will find your well-being.”
This is a very ambitious mission, and Jeremiah has been quite successful in its past 8+ years. To help support this work, Jeremiah Development is hosting its 3rd annual Loaded Brush Luminaries fundraiser. It will be held Thursday evening, June 15, from 6-9 PM at the Burpee Museum of Natural History. Tickets are $30 per person, and will be available after May 30, either at church or at Eventbrite.com.
Once again, our own Pastor Cal will be there along with 19 other well-known area luminaries, painting a scene from the neighborhood which will be auctioned at the end of the evening. In addition to the 20 painters, there will be food and music for your enjoyment.
By the way, Pastor Cal’s painting from the first event is hanging in the church office, so stop in and see another one of his many talents.
